Relocation Service

This service can be added on if you'd like to move the arch rental from ceremony to reception, which must be done by the Perfect Petals team.

** Please note - additional fees may apply if the venue has stairs or long distances between ceremony/reception spaces. **

We require a full 45 minute period minimum to relocate the arch. If you'll be taking photos with the arch during cocktail hour, please discuss timeline for taking family photos with your photographer to allow enough time for our team to begin moving the florals.

Please note, moving the arrangements does not only mean us transporting from Point A to Point B. It means us tearing down the initial instalment, transporting everything safely while guests are mingling during cocktail hour, and most importantly, re-styling and setting everything up again at the new location, to make sure it looks perfect.

Any of our floral arrangements or Urns can be moved by your coordinator and do not require an extra fee.
